Speaking at a regular press conference in Hanoi on Thursday, Hang emphasized the importance of strictly adhering to international law and the UN Charter, and creating a conducive environment for negotiations toward a comprehensive and sustainable ceasefire in the Israel–Palestine conflict.

Regarding the situation of Vietnamese nationals in Qatar, the spokeswoman said no Vietnamese citizens have been reported affected. The Vietnamese Embassy in Qatar is closely following the developments and has prepared necessary consular protection measures in case any Vietnamese citizens encounter difficulties.
