(VOVworld) – A Vietnam Business Forum has been held in Japan to seek measures to support overseas Vietnamese and businessmen there.

The event was co-organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnamese embassy in Japan and the Vietnam Business Association in Japan. Vietnamese ambassador to Japan Doan Xuan Hung said that fruitful Vietnam-Japan ties and Japan’s flourishing economy create great opportunities for investment, trade, technology, labor export and tourism.  

Le An Hai, deputy head of the Asia-Pacific Market Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, briefed participants on Vietnamese goods’ competitiveness as well as prospects for Vietnam-Japan cooperation.
