(VOVworld) – Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan has applauded regular delegation exchanges at different levels between Vietnam and Bulgaria to develop bilateral multifaceted cooperation. While receiving Lasar Georgiev Gruev, President of the Bulgarian Supreme Court of Cassation, in Hanoi on Thursday, Doan said Vietnam always attaches importance to developing relationships with traditional friends like Bulgaria.

Gruev expressed his hope of cooperating with Vietnam in the judicial field and increasing delegation exchanges in this sector.

On this occasion, the two countries signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation, creating a foundation for further strengthening their judicial ties.
