Phuc was addressing a meeting on Thursday to set out tasks for religious affairs for this year.

Phuc said: “It’s necessary to ensure religious security and encourage people, especially religious dignitaries, to promptly detect and resolve conflicts, especially land disputes.”

Phuc asked the Committee to attach special importance to increasing cooperation on religious affairs with Laos, Cambodia, and the Vatican and closely working with the Steering Committees of the Northwest, Central Highlands, and Southwest regions to address arising religious issues.
