The leaders discussed measures to make the traditional friendship between the two nations more substantive and effective.

Speaker Simonyan said that this is a pivotal moment to enhance cooperation between the two countries in various areas.

He agreed with Party leader Lam’s proposed measures to deepen bilateral relations, including promoting educational cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.
