The export marks a significant step forward in implementing Vietnam’s plan to cultivate one million hectares of high-quality, low-emission rice in the Mekong Delta by 2030.
The exported rice, grown in Kien Giang province, is part of a certified batch from Trung An High-Tech Agriculture Joint Stock Company, one of seven enterprises licensed to use the "Vietnam Green & Low-emission Rice" brand, with a combined certified volume of approximately 20,000 tonnes.
