The Association of Vietnamese Investors to Cambodia (AVIC) announced this at a conference yesterday to review Vietnam’s trade promotion in Cambodia. The upward trend came despite a struggling world economy. Vietnam Airlines’ direct flights, Viettel’s telecom network, and major agriculture and mining projects have been attracting Vietnamese investment to Cambodia.
