(VOVworld) - Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee President Nguyen Thien Nhan received Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Shrimati Preeti Saran in Hanoi on Monday.

Nhan informed Saran of a March visit to India by the front’s senior officials. He said during their stay the Vietnamese delegation hopes to meet with the Indian Prime Minister, hold working sessions with India’s Council for Cultural Exchange and Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and study a project to build 100 smart cities and preserve the traditional culture of India.

Ambassador Saran said she is looking forward to the VFF’s visit and hopes bilateral relations between Vietnam and India will grow stronger.
