Bill Urban said the CENTCOM, in coordination with Operation Inherent Resolve, has increased the force posture level for all service members assigned in Iraq and Syria. They will continue to closely monitor credible and possibly imminent threats to US forces in Iraq.

Before that British Maj. Gen. Chris Ghika told reporters that there’s been no increased threat from Iranian-backed forces in Iraq and Syria. Bill Urban said Ghika’s comment was contrary to the US’s intelligent information. CENTCOM has to raise the alert level for all troops in Iraq and Syria.
