Special Presidential Envoy for Arms Control Marshall Billingslea said that he and his Russian counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, have agreed on a time and place for nuclear arms negotiations in June. He added China is also invited but gave no further details.

Bloomberg news agency on Monday quoted a State Department official as saying the US and Russia will send senior officials to Vienna on June 22 for a new round of arms-control talks.
