Representatives of the CDC and the US Department of Health and Human Services praised the Vietnamese Government’s efforts in the fight against the coronavirus outbreak. The CDC said it plans to dispatch a delegation to Vietnam in the second half of March to enhance medical cooperation between the two countries and accelerate the establishment of a CDC office in Vietnam. The US is considering sending Vietnam more equipment to fight the epidemic.
