Speaking to the press, State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said that all sides have kept the commitments made under the agreement signed last November. In the latest report released a day earlier, IAEA confirmed that Iran has complied with temporary commitments on its nuclear program singed with the P5+1 group including the United States, France, Germany, Britain, China and Russia. The report also showed that Iran had diluted half of its uranium gas refined to a 20 percent fissile purity.
