"A crisis of deep human suffering is in plain sight, and there's no time to waste," Biden said in remarks from Wilmington. "We have to act and we have to act now," he added. According to Biden, investments into creating jobs and ensuring ethnic equality will help prevent possible pro-longed economic losses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
He stated that the US administration would spend taxes to rebuild America, encourage the people to buy domestic products, create millions of jobs in the US manufacturing sector, and enhance US businesses’ competitiveness.
