At a meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Scotland, Persident Trump said he is disappointed with the current progress in efforts to end the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The US president threatened to impose additional restrictions on Russia unless a peace deal with Ukraine is reached

The Kremlin said Monday that it is not making preparations for a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and President Donald Trump in China in September, but spokesman Dmitry Peskov said such a meeting is possible if the two are in Beijing at the same time.
