Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs, Kim Hong-kyun, is meeting for two days with Japan's Kenji Kanasugi and US diplomat Joseph Yun on Tuesday. They're expected to discuss implementing new United Nations sanctions, as well as their country’s own unilateral sanctions, for North Korea’s nuclear weapons test in September. The sanctions are expected to cost Pyongyang 800 million USD a year.
