the possibility of providing weapons to Ukraine’s military.

Speaking to his
British counterpart Philip Hammond in London, US secretary of state John Kerry said on Saturday
that president Obama will decide the next moves to solve the current crisis in Eastern
Ukraine with some options including providing weapons to Ukraine’s military and increasing sanctions
against Moscow.
According to John Kerry, many serious discussions between the US and EU about imposing new sanctions were held
when the ceasefire reached in Minsk
on February 12th was violated.
