US, Iran to continue nuclear negotiations this week

(VOVWORLD) - Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Ismail Baghaei, said Sunday that the third round of nuclear talks between Iran and the United States will take place this Saturday in Oman. 

On Wednesday, the two sides will hold an expert-level meeting in Oman to discuss a framework agreement related to Tehran's nuclear program.

Both US and Iranian officials acknowledged progress in the second round of talks in Rome last Saturday.
