The US is considering sanctions on countries that do illegal business with North Korea, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson warned at a hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Tuesday. Tillerson said the White House will soon decide whether to impose "secondary sanctions" on those nations. Tillerson said that the North Korea issue will be discussed with China at high-level talks next week.
