Regarding the development of high-quality human resources in technology and engineering, Minister Nguyen Kim Son said: "This effort involves the participation of both public and non-public universities. For public institutions, the Ministry has advised the Government to issue a plan for the development and training of human resources in high-tech fields. This plan includes several measures such as developing universities, investing in equipment, and attracting skilled personnel. Particularly, universities must proactively pursue international cooperation, enhance recruitment and training quality, and implement comprehensive solutions to meet the requirements of high-quality human resource training."

The Minister said universities are actively stepping up. Thirteen universities have already developed their own programs and prepared teaching staff to fulfill the assigned tasks of training human resources in key sectors to serve national development in the coming years.

The Q&A session on education and training issues will continue on Friday.
