The OCHA said on Tuesday that the World Food Program has launched special flights to the Diffa, Tahoua and Agadez regions of Niger to bring home the UN staff and partners on duty after obtaining permission from local authorities.

The OCHA statistics show that 4.3 million people in Niger are in need of humanitarian aid, most of them are women and children.
