UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has announced 156 million USD to help 912,000 people El Salvador to address rising humanitarian needs.

The UN will reserve 210 million USD for 1.7 million people in Guatemala. Before that the UN kicked off a similar humanitarian program for 1.8 million people in Honduras.
