UN chief calls for respect for international law in East Sea

He made the appeal on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit, the East Asia Summit (EAS), and related meetings in Malaysia on Sunday, after China said it will continue construction of military and civilian bases on the artificial islands it has built in the East Sea.
