(VOVworld) – Spokesperson for Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Andriy Lysenko said on Sunday that Ukrainian troops will not withdraw from the conflict zone unless all parties respect the ceasefire under the Minsk peace plan.


Lysenko said that one of the main clauses of the peace plan relates to the ceasefire, adding that Ukraine will only withdraw its troops after Russia does the same. Russia has repeatedly denied Ukraine’s accusation that Russian troops have been supporting federalists in Eastern Ukraine.
