The ministry said in a statement that the support included a 1 billion USD loan from the World Bank, a 190 million USD grant from Norway, a 50 million USD grant from the US, and a 20 million USD grant from Switzerland.

The ministry said the funds will be used to partially offset expenditures that are not security or defense related, including old-age social payments and payments to employees of the state emergency service.

Ukraine's finance minister Serhiy Marchenko welcomed financial support from international organizations and communities, emphasizing its important contribution to Ukraine’s economic stability.
