(VOVworld) – Turkey has deployed more tanks and artillery to its border with Syria, where Ankara is pressing a campaign to capture an IS stronghold.

The state news agency Anadolu reported on Sunday that several tanks, military transport vehicles, and at least 10 artillery units had been sent to Oguzeli and Karkamis in southeastern Turkey.
