Trump told reporters at the presidential retreat at Camp David, Maryland, that he always believes in talking, adding that he has no problem with that at all but not without preconditions.

On Sunday, North Korea’s state media called for stronger inter-Korean cooperation as the two countries have scheduled their first official meeting in 2 years next Tuesday.
