Director of the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre Phan Thanh Hai said 120,000 people visited the Hue Imperial Relic Site during the 7 days of Tet, 47,000 of them foreigners, up more than 49% from last year. Activities to welcome visitors were organized at the royal palace, Thai Hoa Palace, and other locations.

Quang Ninh province received about 900,000 tourists to its attractions, 150,000 of them from foreign countries. International visitors are mainly from South Korea, Japan, China, the UK, Germany, France, and the US.

Since the first lunar day, the vineyards of Ninh Thuan province have attracted lots of visitors. Ba Moi vineyard in Phuoc Thuan commune has been one of the most popular destinations.

Mang Bao, a tourist from Nha Trang city, said: “The vineyard is beautiful. I think this place has a great potential to attract tourists. Somebody should develop more vineyards like this to lure visitors to Phan Rang.”
