Khanh Hoa province received an estimated 285,000 visitors during the New Year break, earning 54 million USD.

"The most important factor this year was some great weather, which ensured a safe, enjoyable experience for visitors to Nha Trang bay," Tran Van Phu, manager of the Nha Trang tourism pier, said.

Despite the large number of visitors, operations at the pier remained smooth and service prices were stable, he added.   

Quang Ninh province welcomed approximately 970,000 tourists during the past week, up 21% from the previous year. Its tourism revenue reached 103 million USD, up 43%.

Lam Dong province received more than 380,000 tourists while its neighboring Dak Lak province earned 2.4 million USD.
