National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.

Her participation in the 137th IPU Assembly is made at the invitation of IPU President Saber Chowdhury, Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Ivanovna Matviyenko, and Chairman of the State Duma of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin.

She will later visit Kazakhstan at the invitation of Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym Zhomart Tokayev, and Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin.
