He urged the drafting team to thoroughly study resolutions of the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government, especially those issued during the current term, and refine their content for the Congress’ draft Political Report. 

Mr. Lam emphasized that the Political Report must gather the knowledge of the entire Party, people, and army, including former leaders and intellectuals.

He requested the early organization of workshops to discuss the content of the draft Political Report, particularly concerning new and challenging issues.
