This is the first foreign trip by Mr Saysomphone Phomvihane in his capacity as NA Chairman of Laos.

The visit not only reaffirms the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, but also shows that the close-knit relationship between the two legislatures has steadily been consolidated and made more effective.
