The highlight of the 3-day festival is a lantern contest themed “ Converge and Shine”. Duong Tan Hien, Vice Chairman of the Can Tho People’s Committee, said: "The festival honors the beauty of the Ninh Kieu pedestrian bridge and Can Tho’s landscapes and rivers. We hope to attract more visitors to the city."

The festival, which draws a large number of locals and visitors, will close on Monday.
