She told ethnic representatives during their visit to Hanoi on Saturday that this care could be seen in the socio-economic development programs for disadvantaged communes, land, water and credit support for ethnic people. She urged Ha Giang province to improve the operation of integrated programs to achieve all targets for ethnic groups by 2020.
