Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung chaired the meeting
 Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, head of the National Committee for Search and Rescue, urged ministries, sectors, and localities to search for missing people, support the typhoon’s victims, and restore production and transportation.
He asked the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to improve the forecasting ability of the Central Meteorological Forecast Center.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transport, and localities have been asked to monitor and upgrade infrastructure.
