PM speaks at a forum on the collective and cooperative economy, Hanoi, February 2, 2024.

The PM suggested that focus be placed on improving efficiency in utilizing capital, while increasing productivity of labor, and enhancing connections in the value chain.

He said that the collective and cooperative economy has gradually made innovations in line with market mechanisms and has asserted its important role in ensuring social security, political stability at the grassroots level, and the economic development of its members.

The PM stressed that the government will always encourage and create favorable conditions in accordance with the law for the rapid, sustainable, and inclusive development of the collective and cooperative economy.
