Prayuth said Thailand’s military junta will issue an interim constitution next month and an official constitution will come into effect in July next year. He added that the process to draft the interim constitution has been completed. Once it is issued, the temporary constitution will allow an interim legislature and cabinet next September and a reform advisory council next October.
