Yingluck said on Tuesday protest is constitutional if it’s constructive and non-violent. In the context of the ongoing discussion on distrust in the Parliament, Yingluck said the debate is an appropriate test for her after 2 years in office, but that a solution is needed for the current deadlock to relieve the increasing pressure of protests. The Thai Prime Minister urged people not to damage public buildings and urged security forces to deal with protestors in accordance with the law. Suthep Thaugsuban still appeared in front of the crowd at the Ministry of Finance to urge supporters to oppose the government. He called on them to occupy more government offices, ministries, and municipal buildings all around the country, forcing officials to stay home. So far anti-government protesters have occupied three ministries and are besieging one.
