In a statement on Tuesday, former Deputy Premier and protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban called for marches in central Bangkok on Thursday and Friday followed by large-scale demonstrations on Sunday despite the number of protestors camping on the streets of the capital dwindling to 2,000 last week.
