Addressing the event, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue praised the achievements of Yen Bai province  last year and its support for the poor. He asked the province to ensure a warm and happy Tet for the locals. Mr. Hue presented Tet gifts to 300 disadvantaged people in Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province.
