(VOVWorld)- Deputy Head of the General Department of Taxation Cao Anh Tuan says the Tax Management Law will be amended to simplify administrative procedures, make things easier for tax payers, and improve state tax management. At a press conference in Hanoi on Monday, Mr. Tuan said the changes are aimed at reducing tax delinquencies, tax underpayments, and late payment of taxes and increasing State oversight and management of tax collections. The amendments will also attempt to bring Vietnamese tax procedures close to international practices.
