Specific targets by 2030 include the annual GDP growth rate of agriculture, forestry and fishery reaching 2.5-3%, the annual export value growth rate of agro-forestry-fishery products reaching 5-6%, the labor productivity annual growth rate reaching 5.5-6%, annually, and markets, especially export markets, continually expanding.
