(VOVworld) – A conference took place in Quang Tri province on Thursday to introduce main manufactured products of Vietnam’s north central region from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue.

The event is part of the ‘2015 Trans-Asia Bridge’ trade promotion program.

The region’s estimated industrial production value totaled 3.5 billion USD in the first half of this year, up 13% from last year.

The conference examined ways to tighten cooperation to increase manufacturing and trade between now and the end of this year.
