(VOVworld)- Seoul has said that Pyongyang is now capable of producing nuclear weapons from uranium. In a Q&A session at the South Korean National Assembly, Kim Kwan-Jin, South Korean Defense Minister said that Pyongyang is preparing for a nuclear test. Previously, Yonhap news agency quoted South Korean Vice Defense Minister Baek Seung-joo that North Korea is going to conduct the 4^th nuclear test at any time. According to Baek Seung-joo, the tunnel in the southern area of the underground Punggye-ri test site is likely to be the location for this nuclear test.
