Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Tien, Political Commissar of the Naval Region 3 Command, said: “Officers and soldiers of the Naval Region 3 and the military and civil forces of Con Co and Ly Son islands are happy and moved by the sentiments of the mainlanders. We feel the warmth of the mainland towards the remote islands, the affection of the rear towards the front lines.”
