Minh highly valued Singapore’s readiness to share with Vietnam valuable experience in administrative reform, economic development and workforce training as well as close coordination and mutual support at regional and international forums. He said the two countries are now at the crucial juncture with the ASEAN Community coming into being later this year, offering new opportunities for the two sides to build and consolidate trust and deepen connectivity and cooperation. The Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister expressed his belief that the two countries will successfully tap into their potential for closer and more effective cooperation to lift up the strategic partnership to a new height, and continue to work hands in hands to build a strong, united and cooperative ASEAN Community that actively contributes to maintaining peace, stability and prosperity in the region and the world.
