(VOVworld)- A seminar on the significance of Vietnam’s victory in 1975 to liberate the south and unite the country will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 3.

The Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education, the Ministry of National Defense and Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee announced the event at a press conference in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday. The organizers said several high-ranking generals, former Party and State leaders, researchers, and eye-witnesses will attend the event. So far, the organizing board has received more than 100 presentations highlighting the strategic vision of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, the 1975 Spring Campaign and the significance of national strength in national construction and defense.
