During the discussion, experts highlighted the important role of data and infrastructure in the effective application of AI.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Director of the Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development, said: "Artificial intelligence and the application of digital technology in the public sector in Vietnam has significant potential for further exploration and application. Technologies can support leaders of government agencies, ministries, and localities in management and decision-making, helping civil servants shorten processes to carry out their daily tasks, and improving the quality of public services."

At the seminar, experts pointed out that financial challenges are a major concern, as implementing AI requires substantial resources.
