If Vietnam grows 10%, the sector’s growth must be 5%, Minister Hung said, adding that science and technology must grow 1%, digital transformation from 1 to 1.5% and innovation 3%.
“Science and technology must aim for the ultimate result of improving competitiveness, economic growth, and people's quality of life. Innovation is the way for Vietnam to apply science and technology to life. Each ministry, each locality must have an innovation center.”
