Visitors enjoy the flowers while  learning about flower cultivation techniques and snapping photos. New flower varieties are added to the garden each year to attract the tourists. According to Dong Thap’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Lunar New Year is the best time for Sa Dec to attract tourists.
