President Thuong asked both sides to increase all‑level mutual visits, foster economic, trade and investment links, and recover and boost people-to-people exchanges and tourism activities after the COVID‑19 pandemic.

 He also took this occasion to thank Russia, including its Federal Assembly, for supporting the Vietnamese community to live, study, and work stably in their country.

Chairman Volidin suggested that both sides seek new forms of cooperation so that their ties will further develop in multiple areas. He expressed his hope that the multifaceted relations between the two countries will keep growing fruitfully and more intensively in the coming time.
